Since 1889, Cambridge House has been part of the international Settlement Movement providing social services to the urban poor and campaigning for social justice. They work to tackle the impacts and root causes of poverty, social inequity and injustice, providing people with the support, advice and opportunities they need to improve their lives.

They required an impact report to share the outcomes and results of the organization's work, demonstrate there progress
and  communicate the difference the organization had made in the community and individual people's lives.
